Standard Hemostat

Sterile absorbable hemostat based on oxidized and regenerated cellulose (100%), regular mesh fabric.

It belongs to the category of LOCAL HEMOSTATICS, with a haemostatic effect based on the properties of oxidized and regenerated cellulose.

Active substance: Pure Oxidized and Regenerated Cellulose (ORC).

Haemostatic effect: complete haemostasis is achieved in 1-2 days max. Beginning of the effect 3 minutes after application depending on the type of surgery and the intensity of the bleeding.

PAHACEL® STANDARD is a biocompatible, biodegradable and absorbable preparation of plant origin. It is completely absorbed within 7-12 days depending on the type of injury.
The particular texture gives PAHACEL® STANDARD high softness and flexibility.

Fibrillary Hemostatic

Sterile absorbable hemostat based on oxidized and regenerated cellulose (100%) FIBRILLARY.

It belongs to the category of LOCAL HEMOSTATICS, with a haemostatic effect based on the properties of oxidized and regenerated cellulose.

Made up of 7 layers that can be used separately; each layer becomes transparent in contact with the blood, thus allowing the operator to verify the actual achievement of haemostasis.

Each layer can be easily cut to size without fraying, or it can be applied in tufts, flakes or rolled up.

Does not stick to gloves and surgical instruments.
